You can return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable).
Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order’s packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item. If the returned item is accepted after inspection by Rayovac Consumer Services, you will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method within four weeks of shipping your package to us.
If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost or shipping fee.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow the directions provided on your packaging slip. All returned items must match the description provided in our Return Policy.
Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the carton arrived damaged, please contact consumer services at 1-800-237-7000. If a damaged item is returned, we will ship an undamaged item at no additional cost of shipping fee.
If the product(s) arrived in nonworking order, please contact consumer services at 1-800-237-7000.
After your item is received by Rayovac Consumer Services, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip and within 30 days of delivery, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method, minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us.
How to Return a Gift
If you received a gift from the Rayovac store, you may return the item(s) but please be sure the item(s) are eligible for return pursuant to the Return Policy stated above. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s account in the original form of payment.
