5 LED 3AAA Headlight 5 5 1 1
What a great light! I had been looking at flash lights for some time and even had a couple I bought which are pretty nice lights. Then for Christmas my sis in law gets me this head light. Its lumen output is not as impressive as another one I own and at 14 lumens you can guess its not going to be a flood light. While its not what you would call 'investigative' lighting for peering deep in the underbrush it is more localized lighting to see where you are going at night, or grab wood in the wood pile being able to see the black widow on top the log you want so you can avoid it and that kind of thing. I've found this light is darn handy for working with my hands using a rotary tool or a drill press and even taking out a splinter. It wears about like a hat and in fact after a while you kind of forget its not a hat. The button is easier to use than it is on my other Rayovac light which is the indestructible model. I find this one is way more comfortable to wear for long periods of time over the indestructible model. I like this light shown here so much I've bought three of them and you really can't appreciate the hands free part of this light until you put your Christmas decorations back up in the attic having both hands available or something else that wakes you up to just how much you'll use this light.
