Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Simply log in to your account and click Auto Ship Manager in the left-hand column. Your Auto Delivery orders will be displayed on the screen, click the "Cancel Auto Delivery" link associated with the order you wish to cancel. Confirm your cancellation by clicking the "Yes, Cancel this Auto Delivery" button. You may also call Rayovac Consumer Service at 1.800.237.7000 and a representative will be able to assist you. Cancellation of the Auto Delivery Order program, including the cancellation of your next order, must be received at least 24 hours prior to your next order's ship date.
