How do I pause my order?

Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Edit Auto Delivery" link associated with the order you wish to pause. Change the Status drop down from "Active" to "On Hold" then confirm this change by clicking the "Update" button. Your order is now paused until you repeat the process changing the status to "Active". You may also call Rayovac Consumer Service at 1.800.237.7000 and a representative will be able to assist you. You must pause your order at least 24 hours prior to your next order's ship date to successfully pause that order.
